One month after their group life plan was effective, the entire Anioma, Minnesota Community was deeply saddened by the unexpected death of one of its highly respected members:
Mr. Samuel Ndely
Cultural Group benefits Company

Minneapolis, MN 55416
Dear Mr. Ndely,
We are writing to express our gratitude and thanks for the speed, timely and professional way you and your company handled your end of the bargain regarding Late Dr. Enwesi's insurance coverage.
His body was successfully put to rest on the 22nd of July in Nigeria. Family members who went home for the burial have since returned.
Please accept our appreciation for the part you played to make this difficult time less stressful for both the immediate family and the Association.
Again, thanks a lot.
Sincerely,
Samuel Momah
(Secretary Anioma Cultural Association in Minnesota)
Cc: Patrick Nwaokolo (President Anioma Cultural Association in Minnesota)
Four insured members of Anioma, Minnesota have been lost since the policy was established. In each case, the Cultural Insurance Plan was there to help ease the financial burden for the family and the community.
Timely claim payment was very helpful to this Sierra Leone Community in being able to return Mr. Kondoba for burial in his homeland.
Dear Bob/Loreena,
On behalf of the bereaved family, Dallas Chapter, I'm pleased to inform you that the proceeds for Late James Kondoba were delivered on Thursday, Dec. 30.
Thanks a lot for all your effort. The turn around time was just too great. In this regard, James' spouse (Janet), family members and Tegloma Dallas at large were much impressed and appreciative of your excellent service.
Thanks again.
Reuben K. Ndomahina
Insurance Coordinator for Tegloma, Dallas |
